[Bug 1354537] Re: disabling wifi through indicators keeps wifi connected

This works just fine on mako with the latest image. There are some
known issues with krillin that are currently in-progress, so it sorta
works on krillin with the latest code.
If you can reproduce with the latest RTM on mako, please let us know. I
expect it to work for you now.

Bug description:
On image 178, disabling wifi doesn't seem to work.
Disabling and then rebooting makes it connect again at startup.
