[Bug 1340206] Re: Enabling flight mode still shows the wifi icon

I think what you quote in comment #4 is the behavior as described by for
a PC. For phones the behavior is slightly different:
- the Wi-Fi icon with 1 to 4 arcs (never 0 arcs) for the Wi-Fi signal strength, if there is a Wi-Fi connection;
- otherwise nothing
So @Matthew, you're suggesting we should show an icon when Wi-Fi is
enabled but not connected, however in FlightMode no WiFi icon should
appear, correct?
