  Indicator titles needs translations

Status in The Date and Time Indicator:
  New
Status in The Messaging Menu:
  New
Status in Transfer Indicator:
  New

Bug description:
  Titles changed to "Notifications" and "Time & Date" so now they must
  be translated. This is an action for translators. Waiting for
  Launchpad to get the updated .pot file via dh-translations.
