GoogleWave is pretty much a similar to mailing lists , difficult to
navigate once it grows and tedious to keep track. Not to mention,
everyone might not have a wave account.
Wiki is better. 

Robin and others who have mocked-up the ideas.. could you attach it to
the wiki?
