XDG Base Directory spec

Please, also note that there is a conflict about thumbnails between
XDG Base Directory spec and Thumbnail Managing Standard (1).

Thumbnail Managing Standard defines a folder where thumbnails are
stored and shared. A lot of applications make use of it : Nautilus,
F-Spot, gThumb, GIMP...

Obviously the is part of XDG_CACHE_HOME.
