Drag and Drop should work properly [was: Fwd: Proposal of new UI element for windows in Ubuntu: Esfera]

 

i will not reinvent the wheel here:

This problem has been around for since when i first used linux and to my
surprise the lack of USB2.0 drivers was a bigger problem than DnD issues...
but not that much bigger as we will see...

How will we get this out of the way?
