Greyspace dragging

Hey all,

I was using totem and I wanted to drag it. So I went up to the top of
the window and dragged it. When I did that I thought to myself "what
about the greyspace on the bottom of the screen?". There is a load of
space between the video control and the volume that could be used to
grab the window in the same way and move it in the same way that you can
with the top of the window. The same idea could be used in programs like
rhythmbox or evolution. We should either cut down on the greyspace or at
least make it mildly usable.

Thoughts?
