It's a bit hard to visualise =)

Please take a zoomed screenshot and add red markers of things you
don't like. Or take the svg from your computer and change it to show
approximately what you want to change.

File a bug on launchpad against correct package (i think it will be
humanity-icons package) and attach screenshots.

That way the design team and everyone interested can discuss exact
issues case by case (or more precisely rendering / hue / gradient)
