Just tested it in Lucid. Unless I have a buggy NotifyOSD or didn't
understand what you are talking about, this is just a common popup
and not a morphing window/alert at all. At least not according to
what a morphing window is *supposed* to be in Ubuntu:

Simply put... it is not a morphing box because it does not morph. :)

This is one of the things that are still incomplete in OSD, IIRC.
