I think Google are designing what one day will be a floating context menu
hidden behind that "Customize and Control" button.
They could do better by honoring the state of the clipboard better, i.e.
greying out what's not available.
Especially with horizontal elements one should make sure that the positions
of elements don't change for "muscle memory"-like reasons.
The zoom toggles in Chromium are also not so smart, in that using them to
adjust the document zoom is impractical, since they disappear upon click.
