It doesn't specify title bars, it says "window title". It also focuses on
the content of the title, not on how thick the chrome should be..

The indication of progress is receiving some attention in the design
community, which is of essential importance imo.
There's nothing less appropriate than to keep a lady waiting with no
notice..
