I love the scaling of live content here (is it really still live when
scaled?)
For the "Desktop Functionality" part, the functionality is awesome, i just
don't know about the hidden sidebar being necessary for that.
Much of the stuff should happen automatically, e.g. the windows or their
scaled representations should present themselves to the user with the same
convenience a menu would have.
