Make a Unity dock-like control dock at the right-handed of screen

Hi guys,

  Close, Minimize, Widget-Area, Expo, Scale, Clipboard and Virtal-Keyboard
as icons at the right-ended of the screen.

I have done some modification with cairo-dock and make all windows control
command filled in the icon at the right-handed dock. Please check the
attachment for the screenshot. The buttons were implemented with wmctrl.
