I'm still pretty concerned about having this feature at all, because
it destroys data. (The data being whatever you have copied). If
something is clickable, it has to say what it it is going to do. That
should be a rule.

That would also cover the problem Brett brings up. It's confusing that
the current track can be highlighted because it isn't clear what
clicking it will do (or that it is clickable in the first place), and
we can't expect people to discover clickable items by scrubbing the
mouse over every inch of the screen. There might be a consistent case
for clicking an informational item for more details, as in the power
and message menu, but the key there is “consistent.”
