Enable Backlight Toggles by default for Unity/Unity-2d

Hi.

Currently I'm working on Backlight Toggle for Unity-2d:

I think Backlight Toggle is very useful feature, it helps me on small screen to manage opened application.

What do you think about enable this feature by default?
