dear ubuntu unity developer team,

could you make the active application top menu appears all the time on the
task bar just like mac osx?

it annoys me i have to hover my mouse to the top task bar each time i want
to change the preferences or options. current experience it's just not as
smooth as it should be. if only the active application shows the top menu
all the time in the top task bar would be a great addition.
