Oh and I see you're using screencloud, seems pretty handy :) , but you can also attach screens directly to the bug reports.

I'm not really sure how to file a bug report but the wiki seemed to suggest that bug reports are for more technical issues.  Since I didn't have any data to collect (other than this screenshot) this mailing list seemed the most appropriate place for it.
