I want to point out something that ,seems to me, is a regression since
12.04 . Firstly the progression part of things - I really liked the
update-manager design changes , nice work to whoever made them happen .
But in my opinion the new arrangement ,when a restart is needed to
complete the updates , seriously needs a "restart later" option , and
the system menu should glow red as it did in Precise . I have a few more
things to finish on my project ,and I will not restart just to finish
some updates , it just won't happen. So I'd like to have the option to
get rid of the Restart prompt (and have as a reminder the red system
icon on the top right) (I hope I don't sound dictative ,I'm just
expressing a user's point of view) .
