Hi!

In this bug <https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/682788> description
there's the following option in the 'System Settings/Appearance' menu:

Visibility: Hidden/Always displayed

Will this be implemented for Ubuntu 14.04, or is it too late? Also, will
something like what is in the attached image be possible for unmaximized
windows (when it the always displayed mode)?
