Hi David! This sounds like exactly what I'm hoping for too. In the past,
we've had to come up with some pretty ugly hacks to try to work around
discovered problems, and I'd really like to see us being proactive and
coming up with a design that's clean and fits within the design of Ubuntu
Unity. =:) And yeah, I realize that what we need to do here is not
something that fits into a normal use case for Ubuntu Unity users. But I'm
wondering if there might be some things that would be mutually beneficial
to come up with a clean design for doing them.
