Help... with creating a meeting.

 

I seem to have taken a wrong turn somewhere. I created a blueprint and 
subscribed those involved... I then approved said blueprint. I am now trying 
to schedule a meeting but I was under the impression my blueprint would be 
available somewhere to easily make a meeting? This is not the case, and when I 
try to create one manually I am the only participant listed and a bunch of 
people I do not know or not affiliated with my project anyway. What did I do 
wrong?
