Subject: Date and Time for my UOS Sessions
To: Nicholas Skaggs <nicholas.skaggs@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi everyone,
First, I apologize for the late email. My real life is not really
easy, specially when you move away more than 12,000 Km from where you
used to live for years.
Anyway, I have these sessions:
* http://summit.ubuntu.com/uos-1411/meeting/22335/howto-to-use-your-skills-and-experience-to-find-a-job/
* http://summit.ubuntu.com/uos-1411/meeting/22334/startubuntu-next-step/
* http://summit.ubuntu.com/uos-1411/meeting/22333/happy-second-year-ubuntu-gnome/
The 'best' time and date for me to do these sessions - according to my
changing real life:
* 14:00 GMT on 12-Nov-2014 = that is Thursday, 13 November 2014 at
1:00:00 AM my time.
* 18:00 GMT on 14-Nov-2014 = that is Saturday, 15 November 2014 at
5:00:00 AM my time.
* 19:00 GMT on 14-Nov-2014 = that is Saturday, 15 November 2014 at
6:00:00 AM
I am so sorry but these are the best times and dates for me.
If possible, I'd like to start the StartUbuntu session on the first
day and the rest on the last day.
I wish I was in a better place or time zone and add more sessions as I
have lots of ideas in mind but sadly, due to real life + time zone,
these are the only sessions I could offer.
Thanks a lot in advance!

This has been done already - thanks a lot to Svetlana - but the other
two sessions are not yet.
13-Nov at GMT time is going to be 14-Nov my time (+11 GMT) and on that
day (Friday), I can not host any session. So, the 2nd day of the UOS
will not be good for me to host/attend. The first day and the last day
are okay.
The last day of the UOS will be 15-Nov here which means Saturday. So,
I can handle these timing on the last day:
Either:
14:00 GMT = 1:00 my time
Or:
18:00 GMT = 5:00 my time (harder for me but if I have no choice then
okay).
Or:
19:00 GMT = 6:00 my time (could be the best timing ever)
IN CASE I shall do two sessions one after the other then 15:00 GMT
(2:00 my time) will be okay - just hope I won't sleep while doing the
session :)
So, we have two sessions now to adjust the timing for.
If you need more details, please let me know :)
Many thanks!
