I would like to try and resurrect the Virginia Team LoCo. To do this, I
would like to setup some meetings so I need some input from you...

-What Day/Time would you like to see meetings held?
-What topics would you like to see addressed at the meetings?
-What type of communication would you like to use for the meetings??
(ie. IRC, Google Hangouts, etc)
