Bug description:
These patches add missing autoloads in VM 8.0.12.
vm-check-for-killed-folder is called by vm-mail-send-and-exit, and
vm-decode-postponed-mime-message is called by vm-yank-message.  (The latter
is also reported in bug #300748, I now see, but nothing has happened on
that bug for the last two weeks and maybe the patch will make it easier to
fix.)
