Note:
The function vm-insert-presentation is misbehaving.  If there is a presentation buffer, it inserts its contents as the yank.  But if there is no presentation buffer, it inserts the folder buffer contents.  Here, it is not limiting the inserted text to the current message.

hi, when I reply to the message below, my entire inbox is quoted in the reply.
 that's over 15Mb.  this seems to happen consistently in different emacs
sessions.  I don't see anything wrong with this message, but perhaps you will...
 cvs emacs 23.1.50, using the latest trunk.  thanks...  E
