In the recent devo versions, I have re-enabled the filling of plain text
messages, but set an error trap (internal error #2010) to catch possible
corruption of folder buffers.  If you run into the error, please let me
know.

Bug description:
when set to this value, filling is done for a width that's some 10 characters larger than the actual window width, instead of a few characters shorter.
