Even normally, the Presentation Buffer claims to be modified for some
messages, and not for others.  Odd.

Bug description:
Often, the presentation buffer shows the modified indicator in the mode line, even though no modifications have been made to the folder.  This seems to be especially the case when the folder is in read-only mode!
