I have committed fixes to my compiler-fixes branch for the compiler warnings
relating to changes in hook names for write-file and find-file. I added two
new functions to vm-misc.el, vm-add-write-file-hook and
vm-add-find-file-hook. It appears now that under emacs 23.1, all warnings are
either gone or restricted to vm-misc.el functions.
