  Panel icon show rain (wrong), but forecast shows clear weather
  (correct)

Bug description:
  I hope I am reporting a bug for the correct launchpad project. Using
  package from: https://launchpad.net/~nafallo/+archive/indicator-
  weather

  The panel icon and the drop-down menu shows "Rain", which is the wrong
  forecast for today's weather (Belgrade, Central Serbia). If I open the
  Forecast window, I can see the correct weather for today, "Clear".

  $ apt-cache policy indicator-weather
