Confirmed. Seems that Weather Indicator calculates Sunrise and,
possibly, Sunset time incorrectly

Bug description:
  So I'm here in central Europe, and it's 8:43, which the time applet
  shows just fine, but weather indicator thinks it's an hour later,
  showing the moon while the sun already set (i.e. Showing the time of
  the sunrise one hour later than it actually is at this place, I looked
  up the correct time).
