Hey David,

This might happen if the weather provider (Yahoo or Google) has sent
an "unknown" condition, that is why the indicator displays a question
sign.
If this is still reproducible, please try switching the provider.

Anyway please try to search for existing bugs or file a new bug on the
indicator (please use 'ubuntu-bug indicator-weather' from Terminal)
