No it isn’t. I do not think it makes sense to document - we had a manual_test directory before that was very well documented, but nobody ran the tests anyway. Now the only tests we have is the regression_test.py which needs to be run manually and the unit tests which run after each compile.

I think maintaining such a list is not worth the trouble. Word to mouth is better.
