P.S.you can of course expand the new notification struct with any parameters that the AI needs for its decision making, like time sent etc - you could also add counters into the AI itself as to how often a message has been triggered for a particular production site, etc... if it's a mine, I would enhance or dismantle ASAP, but if it's a Reed Yard, maybe the road layout needs improvement.
