The website is now running under Django 1.3.7 You can see this in pip_requirements.txt

The Django devs have removed all documentation prior to Django version 1.7 from her website. And i believe that Django 1.3.7 isn't available at all anymore. At least from Pypi...

The Django-registration package from Github is for Django version >= 1.8.
