The NIle v2 i now completed. I've compared also all elemental files against the ones from trunk and found no relevant changes. The only thing is that the world= things are removed. This should be no problem for build19 :-)

Regarding the localization tags: It's your decision. This long weekend i want to work on django1_8 for the website again...
