OK, I'm done with my refactoring for now.

I do not like that AiPersistentState lives in Player, I think we should have a container in the AI instead. We now have AI decisions and constants in the Player object, which is not good.

I'd be happy to take care of the refactoring - I could do it in this branch or in a follow-up branch.
