Took the freedom to adjust the RST parts. Mainly:

- make lists of allowed attributes a bulleted list (i think this was intended)
- fixed some args
- fixed indentation to have it consistent over the pages
- added the function definition of new_objectives() in richtext_scenarios.lua
- added some links in the text

For the allowed attributes it would be nice to have a description how to use them. Something like 

Attributes have to be applied as a string in form of "attribute1=value1 attribute2=value2": E.g. font("color=ff0000 italic=1", text)

Don't know were to put such an example though.
