I finally got the AI handling the frisian specialties quite well. :-).

I tested a 4 AI game on fullmoon map. As there was plenty of fish AI's did only build one or nil aqua farms thanks to Tibors fix. I will check how aqua farm is handled on maps with less or even no fish. Any suggestions for a suitable map?

But the important part is I got the AI to handle the reindeer farm properly. The simple trick is just to delte the recruitment = true AI hint. This works well for the frisians as the second carrier is only a secondary product and never the reason to build a reindeer farm. Therefore I removed ot from basic economy as well. And one Ai did well and reached basic economy quite fast. It hten build a sewing room and recognized it needs fur. After that it started building reindeer farms. 

Other things I recognized. the upgraded buildings (even those) with different outputs were handled quite well. The ai started to train soldiers even in the large training arena. 

Some of the AI got seriously delayed because they were not building enozgh reed farms and one got stuck due to its only reed farm completely surrounded by roads. So my proposal is to have 2 of them in basic economy. One AI (red) did not reach a coal mountain before running out of bricks. So the suggestion to avoid deadlocks is adding a charcoal kiln to basic economy.

Before reaching aby iron source the good AI ran out of metal and some tools. Due to the wares of some buildings were really short it started building a lot of brick burners which could not be manned. I don't know whether there is a check if there is a free worker or at least the necessary tool available before building more than one unoccupied building of a type. If not this should be implemented.

Anyhow I think this was a major step forward for the frisians as the AI can now handle it much better. 

I'll start an AI "tournament" between the different tribes on full moon now. Let's see which tribe will win?
