Review: Approve review, compile, testchat

Tried this (from Win to mac) all fine.

Long standing (mis)-feature: after a doubleclik to a playenerm focus is not on the textfied.
One fetaure may have been lost: "@player /me" works as expected "/me @player" does not work the same but like a plain /me.

About HTLM: '<' is escaped a &lt; whereas & is not esacepd but not cared for, either.

As its is baiscall ok this shall go in.
