Enter is fixed, thanks. Changes are looking good.

For testing I am doing:
- Start LAN game with me and AI
- Open chat window with enter
- Minimize it with middle click of mouse somewhere in chat window (that is minimizing, right?)
- Try keys

Hotkeys and enter are no longer captured when the window is minimized but the arrow keys for moving the map do not work for me.
