This doesn't work on Ubuntu 18.04:

 #include <boost/uuid/detail/sha1.hpp>
          ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I have added another dirty hack, we need proper version detection here when we fix this properly.
