Hey all; sorry for my random absence.

By Monday evening; I should have at least 10 items in at least the
database and linguistics branches in the TODO documents. Also, if you're
curious about what we're looking at for each version of Wintermute, take
a look at the wiki [1]

Also, special thanks to Gentoolx for not only porting the build system
from GNU Autotools to the more modern CMake, but also for filling up our
PPA [2]. I only ask if that the network branch could have this system as
well, since now this is the means that I use to build code, unless you
don't think it's too destructive to have two build system implemented
(seems a bit hectic in terms of maintenance).
