  Dropping the SDK Scripts

Bug description:
  The SDK scripts provided here are now available by merely installing
  the modules and scripts found in lp:wintermute. Therefore lp
  :~wintermute-devel/wintermute-sdk/wintermute-sdk contains legacy code
  that should be dropped.
