Re: posting bugs in launchpad
HI I'd say reporting bug using apport would be the best way.
Usually you can use ALT + F2 "ubuntu-bug <packagename>"
Iirc using AMD/ATi cards the driver is located in the
"xorg-driver-fglrx" package.
I'd suggest to file the bug against this one.
