The best way to get them is with zsync (this way you don't need to
download the whole image every week, just update it):
Open a terminal and run:

zsync http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily/current/lucid-alternate-i386.iso.zsyn

If you prefer to download it directly just go to:
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily/current/ or
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/
