We should improve Iso Tracker. It would be useful for each tester having his own
report's history. And while filling a report having the bugs reported on the same case
test in the image before.
In the Italian Team we use a wiki page for listing tests done (1). I use it each test
for recover previous bug reported and verify if they are still present in the image I'm
testing.

Yes. Having a single and well defined scope helps in having a good quality in tests.
A limited and well defined focus make it really easy to learn for newbie. And also, It's
easier mentoring them. ;)
