A message like

Can't exec "autopoint": No such file or directory at
/usr/share/autoconf/Autom4te/FileUtils.pm line 345.

does not indicate that FileUtils.pm is missing, but is tells that the "autopoint" program cannot be found.
I suggest that you try installing autopoint and then try again.
