Without getting any error or msg dialogue, I need to intuit that I need
to manually configure modules and hack files just to see a windows
share. That's why more people aren't comfortable with Linux and Ubuntu.

So back to this manual configuration issue, if I wish to pursue this
I'll assume I should be barking up the Thunar tree.
