I havet his problem every now and then, when it happens, I delete all
cache sessions, reboot, and the problem goes away. I don't lose any of
my desktop configs by doing that. I have xubuntu 9.10 karmic and it came
with xfce4 already installed. The problem is not very frequent, but is
quite annoying.
