[Blueprint xubuntu-t-artwork] Xubuntu 14.04: Artwork and UX

Blueprint changed by Simon Steinbeiß:

Whiteboard changed:
  Community wallpapers process:
  * Wait patiently for submissions to flow in and accept/reject them (Deadline: January 13th)
  * Organize a meeting of the artwork team on IRC to discuss about the submissions
  * Create a final list of wallpapers
  * Get a dev to help with packaging and uploading

  Whiskermenu:
  * Basic panel-layout change: replace current applications-menu with whiskermenu
  * Consider dropping the bottom panel, because whiskermenu provides easier and faster access to launching applications
  * Details: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Xubuntu/Roadmap/Specifications/Trusty/Whiskermenu
- * Discuss how the decision for a new panel-layout should be taken (Vote at community meeting? If so, who should be able to vote? If only xubuntu-team, should we strive to get feedback from users? If so, how?)
+ * Discuss how the decision for a new panel-layout should be taken:
+ * Vote at community meeting?
+ * If so, who should be able to vote?
+ * If only xubuntu-team, should we strive to get feedback from users?
+ * If so, how?

  Gtk-themes:
  * Make sure they all still work
  * Polish them, fix small bugs

  Icon-theme:
  * See whether dropping the gnome-icon-theme from the "inherit" line does any damage
  * Try to cover our base well (new apps might need new icons)
